How much you charge for a resource?
It depends on expertise to expertise, but typically its 40%-50% reduction in cost as compared to a resource you would hire in Australia. But we guarentee the same quality with our Offshore Office based work (not work from home) and also with our Onshore Management and Technical team.
How do you counter Moonlighting?
We don't encourage our off-shore resources to work from home. Every offshore resource we offer works from our Offshore office (at least some days a week). Our dedicated offshore HR and Project Managers make sure the resource is 100% dedicated to our clients.
How do you ensure 100% quality of service of the resources?
We have several on-premises high quality Optical Fiber Internet connections. We provide our resources with the best hardware and portal internet (in case they work from home). We have a rigorous hiring process to only bring the best in class resources. There are dozens of other checkpoints and measures we take to ensure the quality. What happens if the resource is not upto our satisfaction?
We make sure the resource is a top performer in every aspect, but if you hire a resource but are not satisfied with the quality, we will provide the replacements for interviews within 1 week and provide replacements within 30 days.
